Subject: RE: Thinking about opening a restaurant

West Central IL

The place that packs them in around here is in the middle of town.  You can feed a family of 4 for the same price as it costs to have McDonalds down the street.  But, we're talking comfort food, breakfast served all day, all you can eat chicken and fish specials a couple nights a week.  Food is good, not over the top too expensive like a fancy restaurant, but still well above fast food quality.  Family friendly.  It's set up in an old rehabbed KFC, they have a combo of booths and tables.  Seems like the help is always the same as in hardly no turnover in employment.  I've never had a bad meal there.
