It is hard to do an all you can eat, with limits, you should know that, I've never seen one....  The heavies that come in, will pig on the

meat, so that is not a great way to go, as in lose money.  I like the idea of a breakfast only, but have a menu with many choices, from light to heavy.

That means fresh fruit options, offer different kinds of quality bread, sourdough, wheat, rye and more for toast choices.
