Export inspections are accurate and up to date, they fell further behind year ago levels again this week. The last 4 weeks most expected us to be catching up and all 4 have been below. The notion we are going to ship 1.9 Bbu is fleeting. Doing more than 1.9 is almost laughable at this point. I want the balance sheet to show signs of improvement too but making up numbers to avoid reality doesn’t help. Basis levels at barge facilities are atrocious for this time of year and aren’t showing any signs of improving through the usual peak shipping season.
