No I’m not in the market for that Clay.....but there are some nutty guys around me that would pay that...no lie. Around me ANY NHEL land is treated like prime IA ground.

Edit to add: just heard of a rate of $325 in my area....that is bat crap crazy. This is WI, not IA or IL or Southetn MN. I have to do more checking on if it’s the farm I’m thinking of but not the best of the best around “me”
