No I’m not in the market for that Clay.....but there are some nutty guys around me that would pay that...no lie. Around me ANY NHEL land is treated like prime IA ground. I didn’t mean to ruffle feathers and not arguing...like I said....my ignorance on the issue




Get rid of crop insurance and the games/fraud that go with it and that kind of ground goes back to being farmed on shares.    AKA, the landlord shares in the risk of producing a crop on his/her ground instead of dumping the risk onto the taxpayers and collecting over-inflated rent.
