Is what it is. That's all i got to say about that.
I don't know if it would. Ive talked to a couple of the high cash rent guys on how they do it.they don't buy crop insurance, can't afford it. They carry the bare minimum of insurance on their equipment in other words nothing unless the banker absolutely demands it and they usually don't. Nothing but liability on any of their vehicles no insurance on any of their buildings. Risky yes but risks are frequently rewarded as well as being penalized it's all how you want to play the game.
