No, not always. Was working on a deal on a tractor trade this fall. They had looked at my trade earlier in the week, we looked at the tractor and were back and forth on the phone 3-4 times on a Friday, agreed on a deal, next morning they called and said sorry, One of their other dealers had sold it sight unseen 2 hours before we said yes. Not real happy about that deal.
