Manitoba, Canada | I’ve gotta agree. That fact that you were the one that wanted to wait for warmer weather sets the stage for him to accept other offers that come in until you get there. The only thing that should have been said that might not have was that he was not holding it for you until you looked at it. But then you didn’t ask either. It sounds like an oversight by both parties but neither side is really in the wrong either. It’s more of a case of a lack of communication.
As stated, it’s a lesson learned. I’ve learned my share of lessons also.
