You need to try and sell a tractor. You wouldn't believe how many people call to kick tires, say they are interested, come up with every excuse, can't get the money, and don't show up. You called and said it was too cold and couldn't make the trip to view for a few days? As a seller I would have moved on right there to buyer number 2.
