I will take a stab at it. For sweet corn the only products typically used will be BT (Conserv SC and others) and/or spinosad (entrust and others). These would be sprayed just like a conventional crop on a similar schedule. If a fungicide would be required them most would use a copper based product (Kocide, Cueva, etc)

Broccoli would be sprayed with alternating bt and spinosad for worms. Cueva and/or milstop for fungicide if required. Pyganic for Broad Spectrum insect control (always at max rate).

Potatoes would be spinosad for Colorado potato beetle, pyganic for Japanese beetle, Copper fungicide for blight control.

Some will also use biostimulants to induce resistance.
