The overall decline in insecticide usage on non-GMO corn is pretty well established as a side-effect of Bt adoption. It's a herd immunity-type situation where the population is suppressed enough to not pose a threat to a handful of non-GMO corn in a given region.

If the whole country went back to non-GMO, there would be plenty of insecticide usage.

Bt is considered organic anyway, as I'm sure you're aware.
