If you have touched on the subject she has already made plans to move in. Things will change before December, one way or the other. You say it is not fair to charge for electric and propane because you have cattle and bins and I say she will use as much electricity and propane as the cattle and bins do. And toilet paper, she will use 10 times what you do.
