Interesting I came home to farm from AG college at 17, father and I generally were on the same page about farming and it's management. I took over running the farm at 20 and got the cheque book at 22. He was 59 when I came home and 64 when he gave me complete control so maybe a different scenario we worked side by side until his passing only occasionally did he question some f the new farming methods an I explain it or why he go him and ponder we would chew he fat he next day and if he didnt agree he would say "well we will see how this pans in a year time" never more tHan that. Ps I'm Australian and think I may have been lucky
