Working things out among family is often the hardest thing on a farm.

If you think the situation warrants it, find a mediator to moderate a family meeting. Someone you both respect who will not spread things around.

Then you have goals for the meeting.

It sounds to me like a reasonable goal is for there to be a meeting in the moring where the work for the day is scheduled with those things that must be done at a certain time to have the time stated.

There can also be a things to do when one can list.

Need to understand the list isn't totally rigid, things happen or are remembered later, but the list should be the basic thing to follow.

If you can actually organize, your Dad would find he's still in charge. At the same time, work is more efficient. You might find you are cutting down on trips to town and things like that.

It's good to be willing to work long hours, but working long hours because of lack of organization is not useful.
