<p>Here at lest very early on I gave my son his own responsabiltys with calves and pigs and tractor work, then I kept records for him and showed him if he made money or not. By the time he was 12 he was telling me what he wanted to do and I backed him ( not my money his). He was dealing on equipt when he was about 16. Now hes 19 he does all the planting and combineing, and I do the running and hauling. This fall hes starting up his own dairy heard</p>
