Of respect he usually listens to my fatherly ,and past experience advice.
As for the landlords ,I've built relationships over the years with them ,they are well aware of his presents , and value in our operation. I keep them advised ,he and possibly his son will be the future of this operation
All the decisions I make ,are geared toward him continuing to further the future ,of this farm. thekcrip, I understand your questions, and I sure others may have more ,but there just isn't enough space to discuss
