I disagree on the seat belt, I've tried numerous times. It almost doubles the beating , 1 on compression, 1 on rebound, although it does keep you from bouncing your head off the roof:) . As for back pain ,I've found the best prevention/remedy is good strong core muscles. I've been doing custom app for over 20 yrs with no problems , although the 7650 has just about made me quit.:(
