North Central Kansas
Someone above posted about the $$$$. And they are right. Yes you can find ways to say it saves you money in thelong run. but if you are starting up, and $$ is not free to spend, its hard to justify $3000 for the Raven Smart Steer system. I still have $xx,xxx.oo to pay on my sprayer, and $xxx, xxx.xx to pay on land, plus what the wife would like done to the house, plus normal upkeep to the equipment, plus the 3 kids I have.
So if you could put pencil to paper and show me how I can pay for this quickly I would love it.
Yes, I would get 2 collars, 1 for sprayer and 1 for the planter tractor. I have apx 1400 tillable acres, corn, beans, wheat rotation.
Do I have the $3000, yes, but would it be nice to pay off a note first and then get it, YES.
If there is a unit around for less, email me [email protected]
