I get tired of the "Mother Nature" argument.Nobody's waiting for a check to pay some bills by selling their young.Ya just gotta be smart enough to figure out what works best for YOU,not the neighbor. When calving in Feb. I can concentrate solely on the cattle,by April and May I'm either seeding crops or getting ready for it.That's when sh*t happens, for me anyway

Maybe that phrase "Mother Nature" is a bit tiring.
Everyone needs to value their own resources; time, feed, equipment, buildings needed, etc and make a decision.
It is OK to ask for ideas and suggestions.
