Bremen, KS | Not the easiest thing in the world to do. In discussions our group had about it, the rumor was that the represented work force would need to first vote to decertify the union, I don't remember if a simple majority or some super majority was required. If the vote to decertify carries, then, as I recall, the affected work force must go for at least one year without any union protection (may or may not be an issue) and then can vote on another union. Of course, this all hinges on whether the proposed new union will represent the work force.
Again, not easy, and the outcome might be less than desired. Better the devil you know...
