The rail workers should not have accepted their job when they were first hired if they wanted more sick pay... No one forced them to accept the conditions of their job description/benefits.They had a choice. Look for another job if you don't like it. Same goes for the nurses possibly going on strike here in MN claiming patients deserve better care...by giving them a pay increase
They all changed the rules in the middle of the game. When I hired on we had unpaid sick days. Now we don’t. |
