What are your thoughts? If unions are so great why didn’t they have paid sick leave days negotiating a long time ago. If government steps in does the government make the railroad give them sick days and who pays for it. My thought is I guess if the workers don’t like it they can go work somewhere else, lot of good companies hiring. So let them go on strike or not?
