Subject: RE: Plantar Fasciitis

Cambridge, southwestern Nebraska
Wear shoes all the time and I put in Dr. Schoals supports inside my shoes as soon as I buy them. At night, I wear the arch supports.
It took awhile to get over it....like a month or more. Now, I just keep the supports in nearly all my shoes. Some don't really need them. AND, buy good shoes with good support. Cheap shoes got me into trouble. Flip flops should be outlawed!I rarely wear the arch supports on my feet at night now.
I no longer wear shoes in the house but once in awhile I start to feel it coming on and I do.
It was a slow process coming on and it is a slow process to get over it.
