east central iowa | I also like the easy feet arch supports. I had this and tried most of the above treatments. What finally fixed it was taking a hot heating pad and really cooking the arch then putting a freezing ice pack on it till I couldn't stand it and then repeated it. Did this several nights in a row and it left as fast as I got it. I had trouble for probably 2-3 months. It all started with a new pair of shoes. Very frustrating. | |
