just a tish NE of central ND | Lean forward against the wall or some tall chair or solid object and put the toes down and lean more forward stretching the foot with the toes planted on the floor as long and far as possible for several times a day for as many days as it takes to gain strength and loose the pains. Nasty problem to have, but exercises like that helps.
