SouthEast Iowa | Currently dealing with it. Chiropractor has been adjusting my feet and have been doing laser treatment also. Been going twice a week since the beginning of May. I don't know that I am sold on the laser treatment. But it didn't help i broke a toe on the same foot. She has been working the bottom of my foot over and that has seemed to help more than anything. It has gotten better, but it seems like some days it isn't much better. At first it hurt all the time, now some days are pretty good and some days it hurts pretty bad. My heel is what has been bothering me. Started out rolling it on a piece of 2 inch pvc pipe. It has loosened up enough I have been rolling it on a golf ball after icing it. It was too tender at first to roll on anything but the pipe. First thing in the morning is usually the worst. | |
