| Look up the Graston technique. I had 8 months of serious Plantars Facitis and it was awful. Chiropractor did this technique, hurt like hell. Next day stiff, next day felt a lot better. Did it again a week later then 2 weeks later. Haven't had it come back in 2 months now. If I'd known it fixed it that quick I'd of done it long ago. Also he recommended stretches and ice water on whole foot but not toes. And not the frozen water bottle trick as I was trying that too.
And now I have high arch insoles which also helps.
Had to find a chiropractor that did it as my regular one didn't but got a name from a friend
