ECIL | My wife wears shoes almost all the time in the house. She had a hard time finding something that was comfortable and didn't aggravate the fasciitis, for indoors, outside, tennis, etc. She has a pile of shoes but no longer has to deal with the pain. She overcame the fasciitis but it takes ongoing diligence to keep it from reoccurring. The small amount of time spent keeping it in check each day pays huge dividends throughout her day. Same with proper footwear. | |
