NESD | Have orthotic shoes, take Diclofenac ( nsaid ) daily for years for shoulders,stretch, ice and frozen bottles but nothing is helping much, once up and moving it isn’t real bad unless I’m on my feet a lot, after sitting for 20 minutes or longer the first five steps are excruciating. Went thru the same about five years ago and doing all the above helped but not doing the trick this time . | |
