Central NC		Many years ago bought new pickup and extended warranty, about 3 months later cancelled extended warranty, kept waiting weeks on refund, went to local lawyer and told him to find where my check was, he knew the local bank manager and saw that my refund had been deposited by dealership as they were the acting agent, he made a phone call saying in 20 minutes him and sheriff would be arriving to either get refund or arrest someone for fraud, the money was already when they arrived
