Walked in the local CaseIH/Great Plains dealer ready to buy a new 10’ grain drill. Salesman wouldn’t pull the binder off the shelf, told me he’d try to get a quote together in a few days.

Went a little ways down the road to the local NH/Land Pride dealer that had rebadged version in stock, bought it.

Never did get a quote from the original dealer. If I had been stuck with them as my only option I would have bought another brand just to avoid working with them after being treated that way. Ag and equipment sales seems to the the only business where salesmen get paid to do nothing. I’ve never encountered this at my day job in manufacturing.
