Me one time.  Had a nice pull type sprayer for sale that was nice, but had not got any calls on it.  One day got a call and guy wanted to come check it over. Guy was checking it over in the shed and I received only the second call on the sprayer. Told him there was a guy looking at it right now and I can call him back if he didn't take it. Guy on the phone wanted to buy it for asking price before he hung up, but didn't think that would be fair to person looking at it. Any way that phone call helped him make up his mind and he bought it.
