From what I remember there was a difference. The grass fed did have slightly more nutrients and a slightly better omega 3 to 6 ratio. But the key word is "slightly". Like Whopee, a few percent difference.
The reality is the diet will work just fine on beef and butter and eggs from Wal-Mart. That will take care of 80 or 90%. If a person wants to stretch and get just a little more health devoted they can strive for that last few percent. But the important part is to go with the big gains.
Butter Bob Briggs. Look him up on Youtube. As redneck as it gets. He quit making videos and I think his newest is about three years old now, but if a person just wants to know what to do and is on a Wal-mart budget, he will get the job done.
