Manitoba, Canada | I would agree to IF the guy has a very good legitimate reason for not being able to make it right away and doesn’t come across as a tire kicker. I would not hold it simply because he thinks it’s too cold, unless he asks me to. But holding it would have to be specifically talked about. Even then, I would tell him that if an offer comes in he better be able to come down on the spot or make a deal sight unseen. I would then tell anyone that calls that another fellow has first chance and I will call him back within 1/2 hour and let him know if it’s still available. Poop or get off the pot. | |
