Tuscola, IL | The one question I have is this: when you scheduled for Sunday, did he specifically say he would hold the tractor for you? No unwritten rule or etiquette crap, did he flat out say he’d hold it?
If not, which I’m assuming here, then I don’t see where you even have a reason to be upset.
Too many “tire kickers” out there to put all your eggs in one basket. The dealer can hold it for you to come look at because he’s a dealer. He likely has the contact info for anyone else interested and if you say no, one phone call has it sold to the next guy. Plus, that’s why they’re in business. Individuals aren’t looking to build a business relationship, they are looking to trade a product for cash with the first person that comes by. | |
