| In the beginning you broke the most important rule in working with family; have everything, and I mean everything in writing regarding rent and decision making. It is better to live on a promise and handshake with a stranger than to take the word of a family member in business dealings. This should apply to any close or extended family member, but an exception may be made for Ma, Pa and MAYBE, but not always, siblings. | |
