sometimes even the best "managers" have to vent.
provided that the person venting takes into consideration what is actually being said and the audience that is or might be listening.
The comments provided in original post go well beyond normal venting, especially for the potential audience that may read the post.
Normal people vent and after a "cooling off period" common sense generally prevails.
Leaving the original post without going back and cleaning it up a bit leads me to believe that common sense may be lacking. A factor that more than likely has contributed to the scenario that has been described. |
