God's Country (N.C. Ia) | I beg to differ Fry. What he's really trying to do is give himself the illusion that if his kids aren't living with their significant others before they're married, then they aren't sleeping together. Bribing them with his money is just his way of getting himself off of the hook for not teaching them better morals from the get go. That being said, I never professed to be perfect myself, so I'm not trying to judge here, as I lived in Sin with my now wife for a month before we tied the knot.
I mean really, what's the point of living separately if you've already consummated the marriage before the ceremony? I'm not saying that to try and justify my past choices, but to illustrate the fact that some seem to think that by not being together physically in the same residence, then we must not be able to make love. At least that's the way my folks wanted to look at it even though they knew better. | |
