Middlesex County, Ontario
Create individual "quotes" for repairs.

One quote is hours upon hours of labour with $2 worth of tape and hose clamps. Print it three times and staple them together since those kind of fixes never hold up the first time.

The other quote is 2 hours + the proper parts. And charge realistic rates, what do dealer tech's make?

Have him choose a "service package."

Works for everything. Flushing coolant? One quote is 1h labour + free water + "strong chance of $3000 overhaul due to liner pitting." The other quote is 1h labour + $5 de-i water.
