The more you talk the more id suggest giving your uncle a big thank you. But tell him its time something changes either him or where you go to work. Be civil and as polite as possible. Guess if your not dead set on staying in your state theres several job openings on farms in our area. Everybodies older help seems to be retiring permanently.
