SWOntario | I have to agree with the eating thing. Ive been feeling different for a while now but didn't think much of it, well I finally checked my blood pressure one day and it was way to high. I made a few changes like stopped drinking close to a pot of coffee a day and have one cup, maybe 2 a day, I try to eat healthier and more regularly, and now im feeling better but still not 100%. Well last week I went to the doctor and low and behold, I have low blood sugar. Now that I know this and just a few days of changes, im feeling much better, happier, and much more productive. | |
