Southcentral WI | You need to check the machismo here and look at the big picture. Being a man means being able to take care of your family, understanding your responsibilities and what you can handle and what you can't. Working 100 hour weeks has nothing to do with being a man. A lot of times it has everything to do with being a fool. A person can only be pulled in so many directions before you wear down, sounds like there's a lot going on in your life. IF need be, step back and drop a few responsibilities; those that aren't as important and imminent. Often times I see guys think that it's manly to put in long hours and then the next thing you know their wife and kids are gone, and now they are working because they have no family left to go home to. Or they've worked so hard for so long that they do something stupid and they never come home. Understand priorities, and learn how to prioritize. Understand your support network and where it starts - likely your wife. Put your energy there. Best of luck, never good to be in your position.
