I learned that as coal based generating plants are retired for political reasons and "renewables" are incapable of maintaining full generating capacity 24/7 and nuclear plants are a non-starter that we'd best be prepared to generate our own power on a more frequent basis. Looks like we're headed for Fifth World status.
