Everybody makes sense blah,blah,blah. When I see young farmers driving new pickups , new Peterbilts with all the toys, new tractors 36 row planters, new JD combines, new boats, new sheds and shops that you could live in,and trips to paradise spots you wouldn't believe. Youre DAMN right I would charge $400 vs $300 per acre. Go ahead and bash away hahahaha
