Landlords should be treated fairly and given a proper return on their investment. The challenge becomes how valuable their asset is. In my area a flat black 80 worth $13k should rent for more than a cut up 80 only worth $8500.
Some owners truthfully don't know what they have and they may over or undervalue their asset.
+1....also to the OP. You are more likely to hear about the bad landlords than the good ones on here. Guys are more likely vent about bad stuff than sing the praises of others. Besides....those with great landlords want to keep that a secret ;) |
