I will make fun of each of them when they behave that way. Stockholders are at least as bad as distant Ag landlords.....
When it comes up pertaining to a landlord behaving so, I enjoy the beat down on the stupidness of their choices to try to cash in big and abuse their asset or miss out on what is often actually a much better long term steady deal.
