Completely agree, pork has changed in the last 20yrs and not for the better. We stopped eating store bought pork, especially loins and chops. Just can’t cook them anymore without drying out and the flavor sucks. Whenever we get a local pig my wife always asks what do they do to the store pork that makes it taste so bad, good question.
