So I take it you eat a lot of pork as you’re making your own sausage, and you had a issue with some meat, bad deal. Don’t need to freak out unless it’s a common occurrence.
Don’t have any livestock here and I eat a lot of pork. Haven’t ever had the issue, sometimes get a loin that is tough though.
