Soil | This “city person “ is as far from the city attitude that a person can get. I have been on the farm my entire 61 years. We even raised hogs in confinement for years, have bought butcher hogs from other confinement growers for years, but have never noticed the smell of hog crap in meat like we have experienced in the last several years. Between a few friends and family we usually buy 300 - 400 pounds of boxed pork per year. | |
