I think this thread has got out of hand, and the big thing here is not to
put the big hurt on pork. One bitcher, and away it goes, that is too bad.
Most meat in the grocery store is of high quality, there may be some things
that can have problems, we have had bad chicken before.
I think the mention of how long fresh meat is stored before delivered and sold is very important.
Lets not throw everything out with the bathwater. It gives meat a bad name, and I
like to eat, just like most on here.
